Polygon Programmer Wanted

What I need is this package purchased, implemented, and be able to put inside or ran out of my website...as a short example of what's to come. I need my members to be able to drop in a character and run around/look around. I need a layer example done for funding purposes.

Need an outline of what it will take and how much..and then other projects will follow completing more of this type of gaming and other layers according to our company.
