Hi there, As per my understanding, A large scale desktop and web based KIOSK App is to be developed for the customers which will be used for the recharge, billing and SIM services with customer support. Web based app will mostly have admin functionalities like dashboard, reporting, management of server, users account management, manage machine, transaction history, logs, remote control, monitoring, printers etc. It will also involve integrations of many hardware devices and third party API's integration. It is better to be ignored due to involvement of lot of hardware devices. My team said that this is a HUGE project and may take more than a year to complete, so please let me know how would you like to move forward, as for such a project cost would be very very high.
