Technologies and systems. On several different jobs I had had the opportunity to work for a number of international and domestic companies (for example, Abbott Laboratories, Tehnomarket, Quatalia, Abbvie Biopharmaceuticals, Mylan, etc..) providing the complete range of IT services from consulting and procurement organization's IT equipment, its installation and maintenance, installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems, training and support to employees for use of equipment and information systems, with or without IT's policy established at the corporate level.
I have the ability to light adapting the work and conditions of work of various working environments, who works very well with others, with good knowledge of the subject area, possess excellent technical and trouble‐shooting skills to make everything run smoothly. I am very good in multitasking and enjoy in challenges required of IT Monitoring/Service Desk Operators.
I’m team player who focuses on meeting or exceeding goals. I don’t have any issues with working evening and weekends as I know that is often required of IT staff to do so. I believe that my expertise would be a good match that could contribute to the improvement of IT Systems maintenance and equipment, as well as educating users to use applications and equipment.
