Unity 3D Developer needed for creating a Simulation/Tycoon Game Building System

Hello, I am looking to have someone (or preferably a team) help in the development of a Unity simulation/tycoon type game. I have created this initial project in order to get the chance to speak with freelancers/teams and I am looking at working together in various other mechanics of this game, in more jobs that I will be creating. I happen to be a programmer myself, so please feel free to get as technical as you like. For this project, we will be using Unity 3D to create a game mechanic aimed for Windows/Mac OS systems. The game is a simulation type game, think of something like Two Point Hospital. While it is not a hospital simulator, it will be using a similar mechanism for building rooms. For this project, we will be using the Easy Build System Unity Asset ([login to view URL] - which i will be providing of course) to build a room building/item placing feature. I wouldn't be opposed to using a different asset but I think it would be too much effort to do it from scratch without any extra benefits. To get a good idea of what I am looking for, please take a look at this youtube video ([login to view URL]) of Two Point Hospital. The idea would be to generate a room using the user defined blueprint and then also be able to add a door and other equipment/furniture in it(with the ability to place/rotate them in the room). The actual objects don't matter, we can use 4-5 mock objects for testing. The view should be similar as well. The project will be using the TopDown Engine from the asset store, so you can utilize its camera. (I will of course also be providing this asset). Moreover, if any unity assets would be helpful, I would be happy to purchase them and provide them for you.
