We are searching for a full time dispatcher that will be responsible for taking inbound calls, emails, tickets and chats for our call center. You will be responsible for dispatching tickets to technicians, following up on service tickets, monitoring chat and making sure tickets are worked in a timely manner. You will also have other administrative tasks to assist our management team. This is for a full time position. We will not hire a company or someone who is working for others so please do not apply unless you are an individual looking for a full time position. English speaking and typing is a must. Hello, I have read your requirements and completely understand and I strongly believe I can perform the given task. I am confident about this task since the last company I worked for was the same task. I used to work for Field Nation LLC location in USA Minneapolis. I used to work there as a Customer Resolution Specialist which is level 2 support specialist. I used to handle email, phone calls, chat support, and mostly handle dispute cases about the payment and scope of work. I used to do arbitration between the both parties and bring to a solution to bring resolution for both parties. I love to see same type of post in this marketplace here. I loosed my previous job due to pandemic and I am badly looking for new opputunieis via market place. I am new in this platform so you won't see anything on my profile apart from my portfolio and Job experience. I have a technical skills which is Digital Marketing which I have been looking in this place but since this job post is similar to my previous one I would love to join and eagerly willing to work for long term. I am fluent in English speaking and writing and currently available on EST Time zone. I am putting here my monthly expectation for full time worker which is 40 hours a week. I believe I would make a good fit for your job position due to the fact I have 2 years in telemarking and customer service skills. I have learn a lot in those 2 years with my previous company like customer service outbound and inbound calls, I also would book appointments with clients and worked well under pressure, I get motivated when my job requires me to learn new things it gives me strength to know that I could do it and move on in the any project. I am a hard dedicated worker just as well as I am organized with all the projects I need to complete.
