I need a virtual assistant who is available to do a multitude of tasks and is a fast learner and is adept in english. Someone who can be reached by phone from 12pm to 3am mountain time. A project manager that can take a concept and once provided with the content either complete it themselves or compile information and hire another freelancer and manage the project to completion. Things like initiating an insurance claim and assembling all the information required into a submit able format. Hard for me to explain but I need a personal assisstant x 10 someone who will complete tasks quickly, and if they do not know how to do something they can either teach themselves. The type of person that is asked to complete a task they have never done before and instead of saying "I dont know how to do that" says "I will watch youtube or search google and teach myself how." I will give you a project and provide you with the basic information or the location and have you assemble it into useable format for whatever I am doing, making a flyer, a blog post, writing an article, a book, a business plan, Submitting a claim with Amex insurance. I work very well verbally multi tasking. A good person would be fluent in English and Chinese as well (not required) and could work on the phone with me or wechat, whatsapp while I do something else. I think this person will learn how I work and adapt to working with me very quicky. Must be very smart and fast learner.

My ability to multitask and willingness to learn more would be aplus to you. I am a self learner whom strive at learning stuff myself instead of learning by teaching. Even in uni , i used to work and study at the same time hardly attending any lecture but i did ok and graduate. I am still new being a freelancer therefore this would be something new.
