**Article on How Tabla are made** Hello, I run a drumming website and would like to add some new articles. I am seeking to establish a working relationship with a writer / researcher with the appropriate writing skills and drumming / musical / acoustic knowledge. All text must be completely original and not paraphrased or copied from another source Thank you, I look forward to working with you. ## Deliverables In this first instance, I need the complete story of the making of a two-drum set of tabla and seat-rings. Start with trees & goats; finish with completed tabla and dugga drums on rings. The content needs to be 100% original. 1. One unedited video using miniDV format (*maximum* of two x 60 minute tapes) running at normal speed. I need to receive the original tapes. It would be very good if the drummakers could describe in English the tasks or processes they are doing. Some general background filming of the drum makers' workshop, the general environment and the makers at work is necessary. 2. 50+ digital photographs of the process 3. An original article of minimum 1000 words describing the process in the manner of a step-by-step article. The article needs to be clearly written in good English and can be in as much detail as you can give. The article does not need to follow the exact same drums from start to finish but it does need to illustrate and explain in detail each step of the process. A short video demonstration of them being played is required. You agree that on payment/acceptance of a fee, any and all rights in the article and associated media will transfer to the purchaser. The drummakers can be identified by name in the article if they would like, and a link made to their site or email if such things exist. Please note that I am seeking to build up a relationship with the writer to write about various instruments around the world, mostly percussion. Being able to work with a person is as important to me as the quality of their work. Timescale is flexible and to be discussed but deadlines require to be met once set I would like to develop a working relationship with a small number of writers, bear this in mind when bidding. A bonus may be payable for work of exceptional quality depending on original bid price. Make me happy!. All rights pass to the buyer and are protected in any/all jurisdictions. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete global copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All text submitted should be presented in plain text, as a word document or as a HTML file for final editing. Structural sectioning and subsectioning of the document into the main stages is necessary as is a table of contents. Digital Video must be MiniDV. The cost of one DV tape is to be included in the bid price. A second tape if needed can be added to the contract at a cost to the buyer of no more than $5. Digital images must be Jpeg at 300dpi and unedited from the original. Related material that is beyond the stated scope of this bid may be offered for consideration before bids are accepted
