Update/replace/reprogram Crestron Adagio system

I have a crestron adagio system in my house which I put in nearly 15 years ago. Set it up myself, only problem being the lack of memory in the aes itself. All hard wired with 2 cat 6 cables to each tps or apad (spare in case of problems) but using one of them for cresnet. It has more than 12 zones with 2 aae1 's. Some zones (bathrooms) don't have a screen. 2 radio cards. Satellite radio. 2 tps6l and 5 tps4l screens. 4 apads. The AMS has died but everything else works. Looking for someone to advise how best to update the system, replacing at a minimum the aes, ams, and the apads, telling me what to buy and doing the programming while I do the connecting. Sound only although future ability to connect TVs, cctv (have 4 Ring cameras plus doorbell) would be good but one thing at a time. Plastered in hidden speakers to 12 rooms all wired to same place. No particular time frame but would like to start small to get confidence in the programmer before doing whole system. Open to ideas (Spotify to replace the ams?) but would much prefer to stick to crestron bearing in mind the great service it has given over the years.
