I am facing a problem to match contacts with Bitrix CRM, When a inbound call comes the caller ID I am getting is almost exactly the same which is stored in my Bitrix CRM.
for example;
Caller ID I am getting like +12345678901
Phone Number stored in Bitrix CRM are like +1 234 567 8901 ( I don't know if those spaces in the number is the issue or not but I tried removing them but it's get back again automatically )
If in case you got the question then as per the integration instruction guide I have already set to exact match in Advanced > Contact in 3cx management console.
Bitrix treating those call as new lead and create new contact and when I run Duplicate control scan tool then Bitrix also shows those newly created contacts are the duplicate of my original contacts and give me the option to merge them so basically I don't understand if those phone numbers are matching then why not Bitrix show the popup of my stored contact instead of creating the new duplicate. Now I am completely clueless about how to find out where is the problem.

When I dial +12345678901 then my dialed number look like this 12345678901 in call history so I feel it's need to shown as dialed with leading " + " sign for exact match with my Bitrix CRM contact and I tried every possible solution but unfortunately I didn't make it possible yet and same like Inbound calls above Bitrix creating new contacts for outbound as well. Please only bid if you have experience in those systems.
