Clone design and customize website

This is a simple job for a talented web designer for a quick turnaround for error free, w3 compliant code I am looking to clone the following website - 8 to 10 easy custom pages or so, plus template to add pages which I intend to do myself <[login to view URL]> As an option, I would like a tab in the top corner to support multi-languages (hence same pages but obviously different text on the same page and on the download and purchase buttons, hence page design is itself straight forward so that we do multi-lingual easily). I suggst languages can be done with backend storage file (textfile, database, xml , ....) to store the language phrases of the site 1) Home page as above but will more content <[login to view URL]> 2) About 3)and 4) Services page linked from this like <[login to view URL]> 5) How it works 6) Pricing 7) and 8) Support (need to design similar form (send via email or other process - either sales or support option with spam catcha) Combination of the site above and the page here <[login to view URL]> (CONTINUED BELOW) ## Deliverables 9) blog - using the same template 10) We like to do some landing pages such as <[login to view URL]> and post landing page <[login to view URL]> on the testimonials side, we may add a youtube video - hopefully this can expand when user clicks it etc <[login to view URL]> Please note We can not use any of the graphics on the site, we can purchase stock images from istockphoto as required. Other graphics will need to be re-designed I will provide new content (text) The project is straight forward, but may require a lot of changes during the build and close cooperation If you have questions, please ask. This project will lead to long term relationship in terms of updated and enhancements at least for 3 month period during the rollout 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform All Source files
