This project is a PSD2HTML project that I am posting privately for skulled/Vinod (who I have hired previously on scriptlance). The project has a very strict deadline - delivery after the deadline is a major problem. I am happy to overpay $75 more than the lowest estimate from Vinod, but the condition is that the project must be complete to the requirements stated, and MUST be on-time. If the project is not complete on time, or has bugs then I will have adjust the project cost downward accordingly. The specification is described in the following IM conversation we just had (included for reference and convenience), and the PSD & JPG files are included here for reference.
