Content Moderating Review and monitor the content safety of in-app live broadcasts following Hakuna Community guideline and compliance Check and report the illegal contents including profile pictures, live broadcasts, comments, etc... Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased, and timely investigations into reported content Develop, maintain and implement localized content censorship rules for different regions Report on patterns and trends of reported content as you engage with them 2. User Experience Monitoring Monitor in-app live broadcasts and in-app culture (ex. fan culture, team culture, and other cultural traits) Reporting specific and detailed contents of broadcasting as well as user reaction Collect the local policy information and news, and report & feedback in time Monitor and identify priority issues in the Hakuna live ecosystem with the proper information and detail [Requirements] Fluent in Mandarin (Taiwanese) Conversational ability in English or Korean Experience in content moderation of social media apps, preferably live streaming platforms Excellent oral and written communication skills Great organizational skills and extreme attention to detail Familiar with the live streaming application and online services
