Hi, Reviewed requirements and we can answer phones, do scheduling, etc as we are a reputed IT firm with in-house team of 2 to 8+ years experienced customer support professionals. They all possess great communications skills and speak and write fluent English as well. Great exposure in assisting potential or existing customers/clients before, during and after a purchase of product and service with their relevant questions and suggesting information about other products and services as well. Apart this, also have an extensive experience in taking orders, processing returns, and updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each communication. And the best practice we do is that we log/save questions which are not answered in provided protocols, FAQs and database of questions and answers. Later, we do request to the concerned person to make us available with answers of saved questions or allow us to provide logical reply to gain regular business and to satisfy customers and maintain company reputation.
