I have been working in the Call Center Industry servicing US, UK and Canada for More than 8 years now and I also worked as part time VA for more than 4 years. I am a very organized person, well trained and experienced in call handling, phone etiquette, soft skills and time management. I have handled and managed multiple campaigns for telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation and for incoming and outgoing calls for sales, customer service and technical support. My English fluency is Excellent. I am used to working independently, efficiently and accurately. I can work up to 10 to 15 hours per week if required.
