Automated phone unlock web server

Hello I am very new to the website scene and not really sure how to express what I need. I need a content management system for gsm imei unlocking portal + ecommerce. I will be using softalous for creating my own site. The project is an Unlock Code Server script written in PHP/MySQL which I can upload to my cpanel and start selling mobile phone Unlock codes, File Services like Imei Unlock, ASK/RPL, Box Logs & activations instantly. I need API Integration to enable me to sell codes from different suppliers on my own server and should be 100% automated.
