We have an immediate opening for a full-time front desk receptionist. Please SUBMIT your resume and a brief description about yourself to be considered- thank you! Job Duties: · Answer and Route Phone Calls · Process mail · Organize office functions and flow of communication · Maintain office supplies · Maintain a tidy front office, reception, and conference room · Operate and trouble shoot office equipment · Office support to the team across all departments · Gather and process water meter readings · Deliver messages · Process priority mailings · Other functions as the team needs · Assist the HR manager as needed · Assist in payroll distribution · Assist in the care of the office cats Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Hardworking Professional · Strong multitasking ability · Strong organizational skills · Strong interpersonal skills · Strong ability to maintain confidentially of Company and personal information. · Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of all Microsoft Products · Effective communication skills with all levels of employees and management · Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language · Ability to read, speak, and understand Spanish language preferred · Demonstrated experience working in a customer focused role

I have experienced working as an Email Seller Support at Synnex Concentrix, a BPO company, under Amazon Seller Support account, an eCommerce company in the US. I also get pulled out multiple times as a Person of Contact which supports a team on production who answers reps questions, supervise the team and answer supervisor calls when necessary but only for temporarily. I have also worked as a Data Entry Specialist, Live Chat and Email support. I can easily adapt to any kind of work, I am a team player, fast-learner, goal-oriented type of a person. I always challenge myself to find opportunities for me to grow and I really am looking for a job which I can grow more as a person as well as develop my career skills.

Hello, my name is Marianna and I have excellent knowledge of productivity and administration tools. I would like to introduce myself and tell you my experience, so thank you for your time. I am currently living on Italy, so my timezone is GMT+1. However, this won't be a problem for you since I can adapt my work schedule as needed. I have experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked on a previous high-tech company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. I am currently working part time for an English finance company, during the morning (in Europe time) also in the area of data entry and data processing. So, I use the computer and many tools on a daily basis. I am also very detail-oriented. I am really interested on this position, and I can be a good fit for this job.
