We are looking for a new member to join our tight-knit team. We are a small, locally-owned service company, based in the Roswell area. We want a career-minded individual that is looking for a permanent, long-term position with a great company. It requires the ability to juggle many things at once and maintain a calm, friendly persona.
INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Respond to customer emails
- Schedule appointments for our residential and commercial customers
- Maintain dispatch schedule and make last-minute adjustments as necessary
- Dispatch technicians to their appointments
- Process payment information for jobs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Positive, friendly personality
- Organized and detail oriented
- High standards
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks
- Eagerness to learn a new industry
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision
- Ability to type 50+ WPM
- Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Available to work evenings and two Saturdays a month
- Clean background (we conduct a thorough background check)
