Looking for independent/self starter to work remotely assisting private company. Administrative assistant will work directly with company President and coordinate with other company officers, consultants, and contractors. Current projects are investments in real estate, clean energy, conservation, and historic preservation projects located in Hawaii. Company President is based in Nevada (PST), Vice President & CFO based in Florida (EST), and other employees & consultants are based in Hawaii (HST) . Company is looking for a freelancer to assist with: Data Entry Writing & Proofreading Internet Research Pre-Accounting Book Keeping (Organizing Invoices for CFO to review) Company Officers & Managers Calendar Knowledge and experience of at least some of the applications below. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
