I work in a small bakery (50 people) i need a program that i can input my daily waste figures -a drop down box where i can input the products (around 160 different products) and price so they are set with the ability to extend with new products, also the quantity loss so it adds up and gives total cost each day and then a full weekly loss and a 4 weekly consolidation needs to be sunday-monday (weekly+monthly)format , also need a section where i can can add my daily report (issues, maintenance issues , downtime), again so this collates info , sickness /days off/rota days that i can put into daily report.
a chart of some sort so when you put waste in there is a money chart on loss section
a downtime chart of sort (production hours 7-3pm) so any downtime by maintanance / change overs all on chart.
also a section for near miss reporting (daily) what was reported, as it been resolved, or who have i reported it to etc.
and last a cleaning schedule whats been cleaned machine wise and the last time it was cleaned so a multi drop down box that includes wrapline 1 + 2 , loaf line, ovens , dispatch , outside dispatch, so i can add multi sections of each area into each drop down box , this will highlight each month what as been done and a chart/graph showing weekly and monthly...
needed for PC (excel possibly) or are you good enough to do it on webpage and possibly a app?

I have extensive knowledge of excel and am bidding to build you an easy to use excel document. My idea would be that you enter all of the information onto a "data" tab, which then pulls through into formatted reports (you can have a tab for each type of report if you wish).
Drop downs are no problem at all, and i can set this up so you can edit the list, prices, times etc on the drop downs.
I am very familiar with near hit reporting and can provide you with an easy to use page for this, which you could subsequently print to show employees what has been logged and what has been done to correct it. This could include a printable page for distribution to assist people in logging them correctly with the required information.
The cleaning tab could incorporate a box that would show when a clean is next due (so green for OK, Amber for 1 week to go, red for overdue).
Please could you send me across some raw data of what you are working with and i can whip up a template for you to see if i am on the right track before you offer the work.
