We need to find an experienced customer service responsible for our Middle East markets. The candidate need to to be tri-lingual: English, Arab and spanish and based in Barcelona. The consultant should work from home in the first amount of time and around new year 2019-2020, we will have an office in Barcelona of not before. We will hire minimum 2 consultants at this stage and make the introduction period of 1 month with strong support from our CS and Admin Director. Salary will be according to experience and negotiation but will be highly attractive for the right individual and is to be considered a full time job.

I worked professionally as a customer care agent for Vodafone UK where my job involved dealing with British customers to resolve their queries, technical issues, and settle disputes regarding their monthly bills, all of this was done in accordance with compliance and quality guides. I overachieved in all of my KPIs, be it AHT, CRI, or TNPS. Not only do I have experience in customer service, I enjoy it to bits. I'm a native Arab and my English proficiency nears native fluency.

Hello I am a Customer Service Agent with 2+ years experience working for Bosch (project MICHELIN tyres in city of Barcelona) I’m responsible for providing Customer support through inbound/outbound calls, emails and chats. Dealing with Company product recommendations and claims. I have a degree in English Language and Literature as well as Translation and Interpretation in English /Spanish Language that I specialised on the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona which would be a proof of my written and verbal Spanish and English skills. Have no previous experience in working on Freelancer platform but can garantee my work will not lack professionality and quality.
