We are a letting agency based in London, UK, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and require a virtual assistant to help with the administration and call handling [login to view URL] is a full time position, 5 days a week. You will be responsible for: - dealing with enquiries via email and phone and social media - marketing properties, creating ads - arranging viewings, collecting viewing feedback - updating our database Requirements: - You must have very good English, a decent PC, and reliable/fast internet - Able to work independently as well as a part of a team - Attention to detail - Outgoing presonality We want a long-term relationship with you, and if you help us grow our business we will reward you and invest in you. Virtual assistant work on a full time basis, this includes phone calls, emails, scheduling, data entry, marketing ads and dealing with clients. Relevant Skills and Experience I have previously worked as a personal assistant/administrative assistant as well as a general manager. These combined have given me excellent administrative skills and customer service skills.
