Data Entry Processor/Assistant for Monday.com

We are a startup company who constantly deals with deadlines. We need somebody who can keep track of deadlines and make sure people do the work on time. This job requires consistency and doing the same thing over and over again, which makes it easy to learn and perform on a daily basis. You should be able to do it on your own within three days, however it does require constant learning. A successful candidate should: - be detail-oriented; - be comfortable with learning new things; - preferably have experience in Customer Service and/or Data Processing; - have a laptop, a smartphone and a good internet connection; - be willing to do research; - have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; - be available for a full-time job; - possess soft skills, as you will be communicating with other people; - be willing to work a few hours during weekends; - be responsive (this job requires constant communication; we understand you are human, however we do expect a reply within 24 hours or less); - be passionate about keeping things organized; - have experience using [login to view URL], however this condition is not mandatory; - have a good command over MS Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Forms. What we offer: - a cool team and the chance to grow within the company; - good training and constant support; - $2/hour (negotiable) weekly pay or biweekly, as you prefer; - various payment options; - flexible schedule: you can work whenever you want as long as the job is done on time and you respond when we reach you. Hi there, I just read your job posting and it sounds like you need an expert admin assistant who can boost efficiency and be someone you can rely on. This will need someone who can also offer quick solutions, follow instructions and provide value. My background allows me to achieve this. I have 2 years of experience in the customer services field. My qualifications will back this up too since I have an MSc in Finance and Management from UK. As an added bonus I have a good grasp on Zendesk and Slack as well. I can work on US timezones. My last job was a US TV provider called fuboTV which was a subscription-based TV provider and worked for EDF energy in Sunderland when I was in the UK. My key strenghts are that I am a good leader and can manage people, ensure accuracy and task completion. My weakness is that my performance gets affected when someone is constantly judging 100% of the work I do without giving me some room to breathe for example listening to all my live calls or screensharing during a task where typing is required.
