Hello, Hope your day is going well! First of all, I would like to say that if the issue is what I think it might be, it should be not complicated fix which will not require 40 hours a week at all. I am the accounting professional with 8 years experience and including 7 years in Quickbooks. I am currently working as a Director of Accounting/ Controller and I will be happy to help with this issue to make your life easier. I would like to ask what version of QuickBooks are you using? QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Pro (basically the desktop version). Based on the description, you run the report for open bills or the one for all bills for one or multiple vendors. To be able to advise being 100% sure with what I say, it would be helpful to see the report in Excel, of course. So far, it looks like just the customization issue. You might need to put some report criteria for Quickbooks to let the system know what you need. It simple can be done by customizing the report. If I am not mistaken and understood the issue correct. I will need to test it first in Quickbooks, depending on what version you are using. I will refund if I am wrong. Thank you!
