Excel vba userform

I have this worksheet with dates in column B, and name in row 1 and sub headings in row 2. I have set up this userform, so the user can select a name, choose a training and date, then upon enter button the type of training will show on that date. However I am now stuck on how to locate the specific cell with the name selected and locate it to the training column. Then input the selected training to the cell. Here are the names of the things I have set up so far. droplist_training: combo box for training type listbox_name_train: list box for the names OSC: the name of worksheet I have also defined the name row as name in the worksheet. And here is the code I have developed so far, could someone please kindly give me some advice as I am very new to this VBA coding?
