Hi.. So, you need the 5 fields (City Visited, Type of Visit, Co Chair, Vice Chair & Vice Chair) fit on each day of the calendar shown in Calendar tab for at least 3 visits, i.e., 3 cities visited, etc.., right? Not sure if there's already a function to add the jobs in the Calendar, if not, I can add it and I can make the Calendar larger.
