Fill in Excel Spreadsheet Data PDF Bank Statements

I have bank statements that are in non ocr'd pdf form that I would like to have converted to an excel spreadsheet. With a good ocr program they do ocr quite well (I have tried paperport 12), and I expect that someone could then either write a parsing program to pull just the relevant data or manually copy and paste the data sections into a text file then import it into excel. There are about 300 pages of statements, however, a lot of these are not required to be converted as they are statement heading information etc and not the actual data. I expect the data pages are probably about half of that. I do not want someone who is going to retype all of the information as pure data entry. I want someone who can automate the process as much as possible to both save time and ensure accuracy. Once the data has been put into excel I would then like the successful bidder to have a running total column (BALANCE) and confirm that the balances on each statement match the running total calculation from the transactions. Note even though a csv form is displayed below, it is only so it shows correctly here, this would be done after import to excel rather than before.
