In need of a Virtual Assistant to find local businesses in the US that do not have a website or may need their website updated.
Virtual Assistant will use google map to find local businesses in a US city (which will be provided)
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT MUST PROVIDE 5 BUSINESS LEADS FOR EACH ONE OF THE 22 INDUSTRIES IN THAT LOCATION (which will be provided.)
1. LOCATE CITY ON GOOGLE MAP.
2. SEARCH FOR THE INDUSTRY IN THAT AREA ON GOOGLE MAP.
3. GO THROUGH LIST OF BUSINESSES IN THAT AREA.
A.) IF THE BUSINESS DOES NOT HAVE WEBSITE,
WRITE DOWN COMPANY NAME, PHONE NUMBER, INDUSTRY (Step 4)
B.) IF THE BUSINESS HAS A WEBSITE, INSPECT IF THE
WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED OR RE-CREATED.
(Hint: Look at the copy-write date on the footer of the website. If it's a couple years old then it might need to be updated.)
4. USE MICROSOFT EXCEL OR BEST WAY TO WRITE DOWN
A.) BUSINESS NAME
B.) WEB ADDRESS
C.) PHONE NUMBER
D.) EMAIL (IF PROVIDED)
