We are looking for talent from new graduates to experienced professionals as a Technical Software Analyst to join our Operation team
the essential job tasks for a technical support person should be:
Consulting potential clients on technical requirements and operation of the software.
Manage help desk, provide technical support for clients (end users, customers, resellers, distributors)
Assisting clients in installing and deploying software remotely or in person.
Answering calls, emails and text messages from clients providing technical consultations - first line.
Communicating technical issues to the development team.
Hands-on support when needed
Providing guidance for problems and questions
Support the development and execution of new processes and procedures, pursue constant improvement for processes
Improving measurement and reporting to further assist the business
Arrange client reviews of software, ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of MS Windows-based computer networking technologies like Active Directory and System Center.
Basic knowledge/experience in administering MS Windows computers, troubleshooting of installed hardware and software.
Basic knowledge of MS SQL/MySQL.
Russian speaking and understanding are preferred.
Fluency in both written and spoken Turkish.
