I run a marketing agency and I am looking for a part time Virtual Assistant to:
-Create proposals using an easy template -- you just enter in their name, company name, and date.
-Send emails to the clients telling them their proposal is ready
-Record the proposals in my Customer Relationship Management software online
-Send simple client emails
- Create and organize contact lists in microsoft excel
- Write simple blog posts
-Schedule posts on social media and research content to post
- Do odd administrative tasks that come up.
I think this job will be about 2-4 hours per day to start and increase to be about 4-6 hours per day.
I would like you to keep Western hours and be very responsive because most of my tasks are time sensitive.
** huge bonus if you have photo editing, basic wordpress, and social media marketing skills.
