Hello! First of all congratulations on making your business very successful. I am a veteran call center agent with over 9 years of experience with a C2 Level of English Grammar and Vocabulary. I worked from the bottom as an agent and was promoted as a QA & Workforce for both Bluestem Brands(Blair, Bedford Fair & Old Pueblo Traders) and 1-800-Flowers campaign which is an inbound campaign that includes working sales, technical support, customer service, e-mails and chat support.I also took calls for Real Estate & Timeshare for 3 years and therefore I am pretty much experienced with regards to appointment setting/outbound/cold calling/B2B/Lead Generation. I'm also a fast and accurate in typing and as a workforce, I'm used to sending all sorts of reports using excel which I use to do Data Entry jobs and Typing jobs. As QA I have developed my skills further, teaching agents both new and old how to handle their calls better with regards to technical support, how to handle Irate customers professionally, sales strategy and rebuttals and most importantly providing excellent customer service.
