In 2009 I started my career as a customer service representative and stayed with the BPO business until July of 2018. During my stay with the BPO industry I learned to play different roles to fulfil the tasks that were assigned to me. I started as a customer service representative for almost 3 years and then I became a technical support representative for 6 months. After my 6th month with the company I got promoted as a trainer and I was asked to handle classes for different line of businesses. As a trainer I did not only train new hires, I also mentored the incoming trainers. I made sure that they are ready to handle their own classes. I also became the point of contact or the lead trainer for the program I supported. I helped my manager with most of his admin tasks since we had a lot of programs to support. I was assigned to manage the technical support and the customer service program back then, I used to answer emails, attend client meetings and presented new ideas for the program. I also took care of our curricula if there is need for revision as well as plotting schedules for our incoming classes.
