Search the web for MSDS documents and Data Entry We have a daily list of documents called MSDS or SDS (Material Safety Data Sheet/Safety Data Sheet), that need to be found in a web search, and then information entered into the PDF “Document Properties”. Task: 1. You will download a list of missing PDF documents once per week, via multiple emails 2. You will search the web for these missing documents and download the PDF version of these documents 2. You will enter data from the document into the “Document Properties” 3. You will send an email back to the requester and to us with the completed document In the Document Properties in each PDF, you will enter: 1. The product name in the Title field 2. The company name in the Author field 3. The document date, as display in the document, in the Subject field 4. The CAS number(s) in the Keywords field (one or more CAS numbers) A completed MSDS is attached as an example of a completed document. There will be 400 documents per month that will be requested to be either searched and downloaded, or the document will be provided to you for the data entry. You MUST download the MSDS/SDS document from the manufacturers web site. Downloading from any other site is not acceptable. This is a permanent ongoing project, with no end date This is a fixed price per month project. Your bid will be the cost per month, for up to 400 documents. You must download from a web search and complete the data entry for the 7 items below with your bid. No bid will be evaluated without the completed entries.
