Virtual Assistant
We are seeking an awesome, motivated Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager to work with us. Your position will include both VA tasks, Social Media Management.
Right now, I will need someone for about 3 hours per week to manage all social media accounts and perform mundane VA tasks. It's not a large role yet but I anticipate the number of weekly hours to increase as our company grows.
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
As VA you’ll perform such as data entry, Trello board & calendar management and following up with leads and clients each week.
DELIVERABLES:
1. Manage my emails and calendar
2. Perform data entry tasks
3. Follow Up with leads and clients.
4. Can grow my brand on Instagram and increase organic followers
5. Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs and Google sheets skills
6. Experienced with CANVA as you’ll be designing social media posts.
7. Excellent verbal/written English (US Audience)
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
You must be proficient in all aspects of social media management, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube. You should have CANVA/Graphic design skills.
You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as perform VA tasks ranging for email management to lead gen.
You’ll be required to design and position content on Social Media to generate brand awareness and engagement. I will need to see monthly reports on work and its effectiveness. I will need to see monthly reports on work and its effectiveness.
ABOUT YOU
You are easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy and have excellent customer service. You’re available for a potential long term contract/relationship. You’re highly experienced in digital marketing, social media and VA tasks.

Even though the time zone was different than mine we always had a great communication through whstsapp, skype and emails.
I used to be in charge of the Instagram content and also doing some data entry and other related tasks like cheking emails and verify payments.
I am good at using CANVA and I have experience in creating images for blogs and also in creating templates to add in email marketing. As a full VA, I was in charge of the email marketing campaigns (content-images) and I do not like to brag, but I was pretty good at that.
