I am looking for a smart Native English Speaking Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I would prefer they have a lot of experience on the Mojo dialer app as they will need to welcome telemarketers to the Mojo system and assist with support. Charting telemarketer performance. Some sales skills would be preferred as they would be dealing with groups of telemarketers. They will also be managing leads, inputting them into the database, creating property searches. Some sales calls or follow up calls may need to be made as well to clients.

Hi there my name is Michelle, I'm currently located here in the Philippines I was in the BPO industry for almost five years handling different accounts such as finance where I called on behalf of Westpac bank as collector, handling Overdue Credit Cards and mortgages for a year and five months, i also worked with a different company convincing people with mortgages to refinance and that run for six months, I handled telemarketing where I was with Whirlpool appliances for a year and three months, offering people warranties for their appliances, I handled telecommunication too handling billing concerns and basic technical issues and now I am working as a freelance virtual assistant doing cold calling for real estate investors gathering information of interested sellers and forwarding it to the purchasing manager.
