We are looking for an experienced Virtual Sales & Reservations Assistant for a long-term working relationship. This person should be ready to work fully with us and dedicate 40 hours per week. This person must also be willing to work on a different time-zone. Our company is a virtual sales center. You will be required to check Facebook/ Instagram/ Viber and answer all the inquiries. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, quick solution finder, creative and mandatory to have a fluent level of English speaking. Tasks: - Phone Calls - Reservations - Booking - Data entry - Typing - Any other possible tasks that clients need You must be: - Reliable - Friendly - Resourceful - Fast learner - Willing to help grow the client’s business - Able to follow through and follow up - Able to work well under pressure - Able to multitask Some pre-conditions to be considered which should be explained in your application are: - Excellent communication skill in WRITTEN and VERBAL English - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent typing skill with very good speed devoid of grammatical, typographical, punctuation and formatting errors - Excellent proof-reading skill - Excellent attention to details
