Hi, I have seen that you are in need of a Customer Service representative. With this, I would like to apply for the post just in case you still need more agents. I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a different BPO company here in the Philippines and been handled different accounts like healthcare insurance wherein our task is to assist customers and explain well their insurance benefits, process order of medications, makes changes to their personal information on our database, process billing and claims and payment, appointment setting with their doctors. I had a background also in order taking/processing campaigns and email support. I believed that my previous work experienced will aid me in the post I am applying for.
