Data Scraping for Social Media

Dear hiring manager, I am an experienced Facebook application developer. I have developed many app and Facebook data extraction script before. It will be easy if we use Facebook Graph API. I just need to know extracted data types and format. For example data types may be... post, post created date, post content, likes, comments etc. And for format you have tell me how should i organize all the extracted data in csv file. I just need two days to complete the project. I will create a script in first day and will extract all the data in second day.
