This includes: Plugin installation through ftp/cpanel. Testing on different browsers and reporting issues. Provided support by solution to customer issues. - Exposure to automation tools: WATIR-webdriver, Selenium-Webdriver, Selenium IDE -Along the process written test cases and executed.
