Build Persian Interpreter Programming language

Greetings I have a request to build a Persian script interpreter with the following conditions: Must be written in C ++ or Delphi programming language All commands and text must be in Persian This interpreter must execute the script in the sense that the program code is text and the interpreter executes it and displays the result. Interpreter not going to produce an EXE file or any other file and only executes text codes. Commands are executed line by line like scripting languages. This project must be open source and all programming files are required. The project must be written in native language and the program must be run without the need to install a special framework or program. The main goal of this project is to develop and provide a free and open source programming language in Persian. This project will be available Free and open source on a suitable site. The purpose of this project is non-commercial and has an educational and scientific aspect. This project will be the first version of this program and other interested people will be able to expand it. Because this project is Open source and Free then i expect Freelancers do it free or by minimum payment. The minimum commands to execute are as follows: Input and print commands IF ...Then statement For...Next statement Mathematical operators addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Define variable types I have attached pictures of the performance of the code sample similar to what I want Thanks
