Zonal OCR + Comparison

The project is two parts : Part1: OCR Comparison we need to do at OCR comparison for at least 5 SDKs that shows the accuracy , cost and easy of use. Rate each SDK out of 10. Part 2: once comparsion is done, the to use the best SDK of part 1 to develop a ZonalOCR function that support .Net Core2 environment for the following: 1- It shall used Cloud or Offline SDK from Part 1 2- It will read data from 3 types of cards , e.g. National ID, Passport, Driving License for same country 3- It shall generate the output in easy way that can be read by our program to insert in DB 4- the user can select which fields from these cards as one time task then the function will continue reading same fields for all similar cards 5- Once it success for one country, we may need to do it for another 10 countries' cards. 6- The developer has to provide evidence about this work result and capture a video for the steps ,process and output 7- It is a fixed cost task so in case developer needs any clarification to be raised at the start. 8- The developer shall provide the full source code with documentation such as user manual and train us on how to use the function.
