SEO Review and Implementation for a young Software Company

We are a software company that provides a cutting-edge security tool that assists organisations comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We are still small and want to further grow our online sales through improving our SEO and online marketing strategy. We are looking for an experienced SEO/Website Marketer to assist us review our current website ranking and SEO metrics, and that of our competitors or similar companies and then implement recommendations to grow our monthly visitors whilst reducing the visitor bounce rate. The approach we would expect is as follows: - Review our existing Google Analytics - Review our existing Google Adwords - Review 10 - 20 competitors and similar company's who we see as having good strategies - Review and get a better understanding of the marketing tactics / approaches / SEO strategies within our industry - Provide a detailed list of recommendations specific to our situation including: - SEO / Keyword / Website changes needed - Paid advertising approaches that would work well for us - which adwords, banner ads, where to place etc. - Outline how we should best implement some upcomming press releases we are planning. - Help us improve how to track our advertising and SEO efforts - by making changes to our Analytics config and/or adding another advertising tracking engine - Provide realistic and practical advise - we are small so whilst we would be happy to spend on marketing, however we want someone who will show us the smart way to get the best return for our dollara We are ready to engage and start work immediately. The outcome we would expect is: - A review period - A detailed set of recommendations - Voice discussions via MSN/Skype where requested - An implementation period - A tangible result showing higher hits over the following month(s) after the changes have been implemented - Greatly improved page rankings on major search engines and industry centric portals - Lower bounce rates showing we're getting the right visitors to our site - Increase in organic sales through our website The person we would favour will be: - Well versed in the english language - Can demonstrate an ability to research and become familiar with a client's industry in order to formulate the best approach - Has a history and can provide references for other organisations that have benefited from your skills - Can show an intimate and detailed knowledge of SEO and generally how to attract more visitors - Understands technology / software companies and the sales strategies that drive such organisations - Ideally, understands Security and/or PCI DSS and all the players in this space and what makes them successful.
