Evaluate and troubleshoot issues with computer equipment
Communicate with customers to get an understanding of the problem
Provide on-site repairs or replacement of parts and reassemble machines

Test systems and operate machines in order to ensure system is working
Reinstall software programs or adjust settings on existing software to address computer issues
Advise customers on how to operate, maintain and program equipment
Use devices including hand and power tools to assemble machines according to specification
Maintain records of maintenance work and repairs
