Build a shopify store - the back end and front end.

We have a current business selling international groceries from our own supermarkets in the uk and also to the trade. We currently have a very bad website that does not work because it can't be accessed on smart devices and the back office is not very good! We use the 'Swords' software which is provided by Sanderson. All sales, purchasing and stock is controlled by this software. I would like to be able to get information out of Swords and upload to Shopify to minimise the time required to keep the website updated. I would like this as automated as possible. Information needed for our shop online site would include, product code, description, unit, selling price (including vat if applicable), stock at a specific site, product group and sub-group, country of origin, also if possible certain product groups e.g. frozen only available to delivery in specific regions e.g. frozen. Customers could shop by product group and sub group, country of origin, also by recipe - i.e. I would put like to put up a recipe for black bean sauce - and they can add all the ingredients that are shown besides the recipe into the basket. I would like to offer student discount if possible too. I would like to have an over 18 message for alcoholic beverages I would like to be able to run promotions, e.g. 1) Buy 1 & get 1 Free, etc 2) 5% off all rice products 3) Voucher codes for first, second time users 4) Timed promotions - e.g. until midnight tonight all drinks have 10% off 5) Meal deals - e.g. buy any one of these 5 & any one of these 2 - get it for just £2.50 If possible I would like to be able to have text in various languages, e.g English, Chinese and Thai. Reporting: I would also like a report of missing images so that in the future we know what needs updating. I would like to control new products before uploading to the website - i.e. they need approving before automatically updating. I would like stock reports - more as a check to see if it correct when compared to Swords. I would like sales information, i.e. by region, product, customer etc. To be honest this is a very basic brief of what I am looking for. I would like someone to set this all up for me & leave the project for us to maintain. I have put up the basic budget because to be honest I'm not sure how much needs to be budgeted for this work & I would prefer feedback on this.
