Dear all, I need someone to help me write a business plan for a newly made website for the Arabian world region multi seller marketplace. Business Idea: - the business idea is to create a multi-seller e-commerce website, similar to eBay. Where sellers can start their online shops and post their products in them. Each seller will have their own store that his customers can visit and in the same time all the website products will be posted on the website main catalog pages where everyone can see them and browse them. - The business model that is going to be used is called “B2C marketplace business model” where the used will be buying directly from the seller and we will only provide our system as a service between them. - The Platform (i’m going to supply more information about it as needed) - The business revenue, is going to be made from the sellers transactions fees. - Our online e-commerce will be up to the latest standards. Salam AbdulRahman; I did quick skimming for your business case, it seems interesting, but need additional work and have few quick comments: - what is your added value over existing rivals as Souq, they have already market place - I am not sure of functionality of your revenue model, subscription fees will be not accepted specially in beginning, you shall focus on sales commission instead - to provide complete financial projection for 3 years, you need to provide expected sales volume in $ per month according to market analysis and No. of active sellers per month if you keep your same revenue model by using subscription if you go for this specific project with me or another free lancer I can later provide you strategic consultation and give you quick ideas as above in brain storm session, or join your business remotely as adviser, as I am interesting in startups & would be part of new things that may do social impact on our area InshAllah Anyway good luck Mohammed
