I want someone to design and build a prototype floating marine speaker that can project sound 100m underwater. Needs to be solar powered and a solid state programable drive for the sound to be projected. May need a built in amp but not sure. Needs a loop underneath for an anchor line. Should be robust and made from marine grade materials for the salty environment.
