hi there The project consists of a nozzle, spray system and a wiper. The system is attached using a clip onto the solar panel. Once attached, the clip can be adjusted manually to better tighten onto the solar panel. The rest of the system consists of a dust/temperature sensor, which would detect dust particles. There should be 3 wiper settings: high , medium, low and they should operate according to the of dust detected from the dust sensors. A PID controller is needed for the system. If possible an electric circuit. Finally, a solid edge design is needed with assembly parts, in assembly view and a FEMAP stress analysis of the main parts of the cleaning system.
