design 4-bit shift left and right register using Tanner L-edit

Hi, I am a professional electronics and IC Mask Layout Design Engineer. I have experience to work in Cadence Virtuoso, tanner EDA tools, Hspice, Star RC. Mostly I do work with Cadence Virtuoso for circuit design, simulation and layout purposes. In tanner EDA s-edit for circuit designing, t-edit for simulation and L-edit for layout purposes. I do have version 16 tanner EDA tool. I do have Cadence Virtuoso also.
