He has designed a curcuit and software then he can read the cycle count, cell voltage, temperature etc. We already have this system. For your project, we need to change just battery. This is not an easy project. My husband has been working on this project almost one year. Hello I recently finished a job with a DJI drone - where the arduino was supposed to receive commands from the flight control and deliver keypresses to a pc . I can deal with your task. The materials i need are _ arduino and probably a timer crystal. the communication will take place over SMBUS an i2c like protocol, so no extra hardware is needed. However, arduino is known to cause problems with ceratin smbus implementations on certain firmware. so we might have to use AVR. AVR itself costs relatively low - about 2-5 USD each. So I can not give you an exact quote without speakign to you first, but roughtly : 1. AVR : 20 usd 2. crystal : 4 usd 3. other things : 15 usd 4.
