I am an electrical engineer with experience in the design and implementation of circuits in PCB, making circuits of power electronics, control electronics and intelligent systems using WiFi modules (ESP8266), microcontrollers (Arduino and Raspberry) applying graphical interfaces with programs such as Sublime Text , Labview and MATLAB GUI. I had worked with ESP32 to collect MPU 6050 data and push it to IBM Watson IOT platform using MQTT. I am familiar will most of the components used in the project and has to collect little bit information related to Z-wave and CAT-M1 module. We can discuss more about the end to end data interface and control flows

I am an expert and can build the hub for you using the ESP32-WROOM-32 chip. Below are more details; 1) Support Zigbee or Z-Wave (or both if system resources are allowed) - this needs a separate zigbee/xbee hardware, hope you are aware of it; 1.1) So the hub can talk to the Zigbee /Z-Wave sensors/device in the house - doable 1.2) For Zigbee, modules based on TI or NXP chips are ok. For Z-Wave, please integrate Silicon Lab ZM5304AU module (for US frequency) - we need to see the exact hardware that we will use based on availability of supplies 1.3) I also need software interface for either Zigbee or Z-Wave on ESP32 so my application can call those interface to communicate with the sensors in the house. - what kind of application? A mobile application that you can run on your phone or tablet? or a web page application served from the hub? 2) Support LTE CATM1 modem, and network interface software so that we can use the modem with TCP/IP socket APIs. I am not religious about the specific modem, as long as it can work with US T-Mobile network. LTE CATM1 is required. - we need to be clear on hardware here also; 3) Support a speaker to play audio alert - doable; I have looked at the high level hardware component diagram attached and can definitely build it for you; lets discuss further;
