Build an electronic prototype or proof of concept - Ethernet to Serial

This project is part of a larger project going forward. At this time, I need a small daughterboard to be proven. This daughterboard is a ethernet-to-serial daughterboard. There are numerous designs out there that can be purchased but this design needs a few more features.
A good starting point is this board:

The board we develop would have RTS and CTS which is missing on nearly all boards of this nature.
Also, our board would use a dual chip design using the ENC28J60 along with a ATSAMD21E18.
There are a couple of less important but easily implemented hardware changes also.
I would like to hear from you if you would be interested in working on this project. You will be competent in the software and I will organise the hardware.
Look at the specifications of the board in the link provided. This is to be replicated and added to in this design.
